Partition
As shown in Figure 1, eMMC initially consists of the following partitions.
- A
user datapartition - store data. - Two
bootpartitions - for booting. RPMBpartition - manage data in an authenticated and replay protected manner.

The host can configure additional local memory partitions (GP) in the user data area that have
separate address spaces starting at the logical address 0x00000000. As a result, a
configuration such as the one shown in Figure 2 may result.
